Swisscare Europe Ltd. is an insurance broker with a cross border license for EU/EEA and registered with the FMA, Financial Market Authority, Liechtenstein under the license number 10091. Our license can be verified online with the public register of insurance intermediaries of the FMA (register.fma-li.li).

Swisscare holds no commercial stake or participation resp. votation rights with an insurance company or the parent enterprise of an insurance company. We are legally obliged to notify you of that fact, that not having a personal consultation can have a negative impact on making a claim based on a breach of the consultation obligation.

Complaint procedure


As a consumer and in accordance with article 37 para. 2 lit. E VersVertrG (Act on Insurance Contracts) you have the right to file a complaint concerning your insurance and related services. Swisscare plans are underwritten by different insurers and they are located in different countries. If your complaint concerns claims, or a products, you will find below the direct contacts from the insurer concerned with your product. If the complaint concerns insurance brokerage services provided by Swisscare you can file a complaint with the Conciliation Board, Mitteldorf 1, PO Box 343, FL-9490 Vaduz, Principality of Liechtenstein or follow the online complaint procedure which will automatically guide you to the correct instance. You can start here.
 

Financial remuneration

 

Swisscare Europe Ltd. receives financial compensation for insurance contracts that have been concluded through the website. Swisscare receives remuneration in the form of a commission from the insurance company, whose product we mediate. This commission is a premium component integrated into the insurance premium to be paid.
